Each color has specific therapeutic properties and applications according to the Dr. Dinshah method

Red

For the blood, sensory organs, anti-aging

Effect: stimulating, warming, promotes circulation, revitalizing.

Therapeutic advice: for fatigue, cold sensitivity, low blood pressure, circulatory issues; supports the senses and cerebral blood flow. Soothes skin after sunburn or radiation burns.

Do not use in cases of acute inflammation or fever.

Orange

For the kidneys and lymph

Effect: strengthening, mood-lifting, promotes joy of life, combats bad moods, activates metabolism.

Therapeutic advice: supports lymph and muscles, detoxifies, reduces water retention; useful for exhaustion, loss of appetite, low mood, and weak digestion.

Yellow

For brain performance, muscle building, and digestion

Effect: aids concentration, strengthens nerves, ideal color for muscle building, supports lymph flow, harmonizes the liver, gallbladder, and digestion.

Therapeutic advice: for mental fatigue, exam anxiety, digestive problems; supports liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

Yellow‑green

For bone formation

Effect: detoxifying, balancing, supports excretion, makes it easier to cough up phlegm during a cold.

Contraindication: do not use in cases of severe listlessness.

Violet

Instructions

Direct Application

  • Hold the iPhone in front of your eyes in such a way that the surrounding area is shielded.
  • Select the desired color.
  • Set the timer to 1 minute.
  • Hold the device in front of your eyes.
  • Look at the screen in a relaxed manner.
  • Close your eyes for 30 seconds to let the color take effect.
  • 1 minute

Local Application

  • Direct the light onto specific parts of the body.
  • Select the appropriate color.
  • Set the timer to 5–15 minutes.
  • Hold the iPhone directly on the problem area.
  • No distance is necessary.
  • 5-15 minutes

1-2-3 Method (according to Dr. Dinshah)

  1. Acute/Chronic: Set timer to 1 minute. Use Turquoise for acute and Yellow‑green for chronic problems. Hold in front of your eyes, look at the screen in a relaxed manner, and close your eyes for 30 seconds.
  2. Therapy Color: Select the corresponding therapy color. Hold in front of your eyes, look at the screen in a relaxed manner, and close your eyes for 30 seconds.
  3. Body/Soul: Use green for physical and magenta for emotional causes. Hold in front of your eyes, look at the screen in a relaxed manner, and close your eyes for 30 seconds.

Duration: about 5 minutes in total.
