App Download & Installation
The ColorLightApp is available exclusively in the Apple App Store. Search for "Farblicht" or "ColorLightApp" or use our direct link.
Try searching for "Farblicht" instead of "ColorLightApp". Make sure your App Store is set to the correct region and your iOS version is up to date.
The app can be tested for 3 days free of charge with full functionality. After the trial period expires, a monthly or yearly subscription is required to continue using the app.
Currently, ColorLightApp is only available for iPhone. An Android version may be considered for the future, but there are no concrete plans at this time.
App Usage & Features
Choose the color that works for your purpose, set the timer, and tap "START". Hold the iPhone directly in front of your eyes and shield off the environment. Set the timer to 1 minute, then close your eyes for 30 seconds after the 1 minute application to let the color work. For local application, set the timer to 5–15 minutes and place the color screen directly on the bare skin at the problem area.
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock and set it to "Never" during color therapy sessions. Remember to change it back afterward to save battery.
Use your iPhone's brightness controls or Control Center. For color therapy, medium to high brightness is usually recommended, but adjust to your comfort level.
No, the app needs to be in the foreground to display colors. This is by design to ensure proper color therapy application.
Technical Issues
Try restarting your iPhone and updating to the latest iOS version. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app.
Check your iPhone's display settings. Disable "True Tone" and "Night Shift" for accurate color representation during therapy sessions.
Ensure the app has permission to send notifications and that "Do Not Disturb" is not blocking alerts. Check your timer settings in the app.
Close other apps running in the background, restart the ColorLightApp, and ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device.
Subscription & Features
A subscription gives you access to all features of the app, including extended timer options, additional color combinations, session history, and advanced customization features.

Yes, if you use the same Apple ID, your subscription is available on all your devices where the app is installed.
Go to the app settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're logged in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Application & Safety
Typical sessions last 1–15 minutes.
When used as directed, color therapy is generally safe. However, avoid staring directly at bright light for extended periods and take breaks if you experience eye strain.
People with epilepsy or light sensitivity should consult their doctor before using color therapy apps. The app is not recommended for those with photosensitive epilepsy.

No, ColorLightApp does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All app usage remains completely private on your device.
Yes, once downloaded, the app works completely offline. No internet connection is required for color therapy sessions.
No account creation is required. Simply download the app and start using it immediately. Your privacy is completely protected.
Session data is only stored locally on your device (if you enable this feature in premium version). No data is sent to external servers.
